At a cost of 400 million dollars and two years in construction, it occupies a portion of land between Brand Blvd., Central Ave., Colorado Blvd, and nearing Broadway Blvd. The project includes a trolley circling the area, high end stores like Guess and Calvin Klein, many regular shops and kiosks, several restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops, a children's playground, and a Movie theater. It is sure to be an attraction for all SoCaleans as well as tourists with its nice environment, classy and charming atmosphere. It is also home to many who would reside in its 100 luxurious condominiums and 238 luxurious apartments. On May 2nd it was officially opened to the public.
