1. Some travel agencies have reliability problems.
 2. Some may not return  your calls.
 3. Some may sell you tickets, and later you might find out the flight you were 
                supposed to be on was canceled without prior knowledge.
 4. Some are less reliable than others.
 
 Just be careful when you try to make travel arrangements and judge for yourself.
